A part of the Marriott chain, the Dearborn Inn rests in the Detroit suburb of Dearborn. It is steps away from popular Dearborn destinations such as the Henry Ford Museum/Greenfield Village and Ford Motor Company, and just minutes from both downtown Detroit and the Detroit Metro Airport. Highways 39 (Southfield Freeway), I–75, I–94 and I–96 are easily accessible from the hotel.

Uniquely, guests can also lodge in one of five Colonial homes. These homes offer more private accommodations and are replicas of houses owned by historical figures Patrick Henry, Walt Whitman, Edgar Allen Poe, Barbara Fritchie and Oliver Wolcott.
Each hotel room maintains its historical flair while offering many modern features such as a flat screen television with HDTV, luxurious bedding, updated baths and connections for technology (i.e. personal computers, MP3 players, etc).
